Dia na Praia!
Beach day! To celebrate Arielle’s Birthday today, we’ll be going to the beach! It’s just a quick train ride from Lisbon to the beach in nearby Cascais, where we’ll be spending the day wandering the beautiful little town, enjoying the waves and soaking up the rays.
Please remember that this is an Atlantic Ocean beach so though it will be lovely, the water might be cold.
When:Â 5/26/2025, meet at 11am; we’ll be in Cascais all day.
Where: Meet at Cais do Sodre train station, where we’ll get tickets and catch the train. If you need to show up late but want to come, send us an email and we’ll give you directions on how to get to Cascais on your own (it’s very, very easy).
Don’t forget to bring: Sunblock, sunglasses, and anything else you might want in order to enjoy the beach.
Costs on the day: The train from Lisbon to Cascais costs €2.40 each way. We will be figuring out lunch and dinner on the day.
